Meeting called to order by pres. Lloyd Federer.

Role was taken by Tom Curelli: 10 members present.

Treasurer’s Report read by Tom Curelli. 

1. $100 income from Dues.  Expenses $100 for AMA expenses. 

Net worth: $8540.78; $5410.80 Club Cash, $3129.98 Field Development funds.

2.Motion to approve by Vince Hickel, seconded by Gene Pagel, unanimously passed.

Business

1.      Spring Fling Fly-In:

a.       Sign Up sheet went around.  Spots filled; job descriptions to follow.  Thanks to all the volunteers.

b.      More details to follow: event is 1 month away!

2.      501C-3

a.       Calls placed to attorney, none returned; no new status

3.      Newsletter, Brochure

a.       Drafts of both constructed and approved

b.      Newletter good to go

                                                                           i.      Sent in print via USPS to those w/o email

4.      Upcoming Event Dates

a.       Spring Fling: Saturday April 22, Rain Date 23

b.      Folk Fair: Monday, May 8

c.       Flight Ed Day: Saturday, August 5

5.      Field:

a.       Porta Potty: Purchase New for $450, $30 every time cleaned at our discretion; $375 used.

b.      Oil & Filter needed for mower: around $50

                                                                           i.      Gene Pagel made motion to use up to $50 for mower spring maintenance, 2^nd by Tom Curelli, all in favor and passed.

c.       TA Motorsports has 27 HP Simplicity mower for use to roll the field.

d.      Buy more grass seed as necessary; worry about fertilizer later. 

e.       Too muddy to get in field for now; discuss to continue next meeting

6.      Old Member letter (Included Membership Application)

a.       Release and Indemnity was questioned

                                                                           i.      Agreed to remove this part for now

7.      Field Sign

a.       Dana Hickel will paint letters this weekend.  Primer to go on before.

b.      TA Motorsports and Fox Hills will be advertised on sign in time.

8.      Folk Fair

a.       Pics from last year lost

b.      156 Students; May 8 date
