The meeting was called to order at 7:28P by president, Al Howarth.
Role was taken with 13 members present.
Treasurer’s report was read by Tom Curelli. A motion was made by Vince Hickel and seconded by Lew Stevens to accept the treasurer’s report as read. Motion passed.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. A motion was made by Vince Hickel and seconded by Chuck Wernecke to accept the minutes as read. Motion Passed.
Tom Curelli reported that a bill was sent to Fox Hills for $230.00 for our participation in the Mishicot Fest along with the insurance certificate.
We still need to get the amount of our lease payment to the county for our new field.
Al Howarth received a request from a woman for help with an RC plane she bought as a gift for her grandson. Lloyd Federer followed up and helped them.
It was a little windy at Mishicot fest this year, but the following people flew:

Al Howarth is to talk to Fox Hills to see if they want us back for next year. We are to discuss our participation at the next meeting.
Vince Hickel is to check with Fox Hills on what is to be put on our web site.
Flight education day is Saturday August 13, 2005.
Chad Dombrowski and Tom Curelli will be in charge of the food for flight education day. Chad will bring a Nesco.
It was requested that anyone who has tents to bring them along to provide shade for those attending.
Jack Schoenberger agreed to be interviewed for a feature article that would promote our flight education day.
Gene Pagel to contact local radio for some promotional stuff.
The donor sign has been installed at the new field. It still needs to be painted.
There was a lot of discussion about the gate at the new field. No decisions were made.
Eric Cayemberg volunteered to take care of the video library.
A new lawn mower is going to be required for the new field. It took about 15 hours to cut it the first time.
There was concern about liability for any damage that might occur to personal equipment being used to cut grass at the new field. After much discussion it did not seem to be a problem.
Lew Stevens is to check into possible lease of a mower from Horst or Ahrens.
The Grass at the new field needs to be cut again. Lew Stevens said he would make arrangements to do the cutting Thursday and Friday(if necessary) of this week. Jack Strauss, Gene Pagel, and Jack Schoenberger volunteered to help with the grass cutting and offered the use of their mowers.
Saturday July 30, 2005 will be our first fun fly of the year. Eric Cayemberg is again in charge. I t will be at the old field from approximately 9:30 until noon.
