Manitwo Flyers, Ltd. Meeting

Minutes of  Sept 15, 2009

The meeting was called to order by President Fred Scholz at 7:00 PM.  Role was taken with 9 members present. 

A motion to accept the minutes as e-mailed was made by Lew Stevens and seconded by        Vince Hickel.  Motion carried.

There was no treasurer’s report as Al Howarth was out of town.

Old Business

Burn Rye Grass is completed.

Runway Drainage is completed and water line is in.

Manitowoc Cap - The planes are being sold @ $150.00. The money is ours.  Ishi will confirm.

Audit Books - they are now being reviewed.

Still waiting to hear from the state for 501C3.

New Business

Field Rules A copy of the field rules were passed.  Take home edit and bring back for the next meeting.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Jim Schneck and seconded by Vince Hickel. Motion carried.
